​Learning and Development Expert Mikal Wescott

​Mikal Wescott is an instructional design professional serving as the technical learning and development assistant manager with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). With more than 15 years of experience spanning education and corporate training, Mikal Wescott has established himself as an expert in developing and implementing comprehensive learning solutions for diverse audiences.

In his current role, Mr. Wescott leads project management and training development initiatives, conducting needs analysis meetings with various stakeholders to ensure standardization of training deliverables across ADOT departments.
